With this philosophy, the January 2011 El Petit Obrador ® was born St. Gregori (Girona), a pizzeria in the area of reference for the quality of its product, the traditional eleaboració and creativity of its range due merge the traditional pizza with creative cuisine and signature.
Two years later and after having received such recognition from the public and media specialist press, opens its second premises, a new business model within the brand, a restaurant in Sarria de Ter (Girona).
