History

El Petit Obrador ® brand is a seal of quality and a benchmark of the best Italian cuisine. Founded on 2010 by Joan Zamora Asurmendi.

Represents a fusion of personal and creative Italian cuisine elaborate.

A project born in Sant Gregori (Girona) at the end of 2010 In the hands of a young entrepreneur of 24 years.

This experience comes first project: a small workshop where you can prepare the pizzas in the traditional manner, respecting the ingredients and traditional recipes, but also providing personal creativity and taste for creative cooking.

With this philosophy, the January 2011 El Petit Obrador ® was born St. Gregori (Girona), a pizzeria in the area of reference for the quality of its product, the traditional eleaboració and creativity of its range due merge the traditional pizza with creative cuisine and signature.

Two years later and after having received such recognition from the public and media specialist press, opens its second premises, a new business model within the brand, a restaurant in Sarria de Ter (Girona).

The Little Workshop is a range of high Italian cuisine evolving. El Petit Obrador ® currently working on new lines of business in order to diversify its offer and get to the public throughout the region.
